NSE began life as a dub soundsystem at the legendary Warp! Experience parties and the Liquid Connective outdoor events a decade ago.
Since that time it has evolved into a full blown production alias for Cameron Leonard-Schroff's electronica output, and has released a number of singles as well as the critically acclaimed full length album Invisible Movements, a psychedelic dub/dubstep oddyssy which showcased his immaculate attention to detail from conception to execution, and an effortlessly lycanthropic ability to penetrate a plethora of generic conventions with coherance and subtlety.
The second as yet untitled NSE album will be a departure from the urban sprawl of roots music and dubstep, instead embracing a deeper electronic sound and the introduction of new members, including legendary drummer Paul "Sanchez" Lennox, former Bad Science guitarist and Samsara front man Jeremy Levitzski and the return of Moy Rama.
Whilst drawing on industrial music, vocals, IDM, German electro, glitch and minimal, the essence of the NSE sound will be in full effect: glorious textural ambiance, immersive sound design, solid, crisp beats and a prominent low end.
Other notable producers he has worked with include Kernny Kerner, producer of KISS and Gladys Knight, and David Valencia, the man behind the Quake and James Bond
video games. His sound design has appeared on TV commercials for Nike and documentaries on The Discovery Channel.
He also worked as Chief Mastering Engineer and also as a Senior Sound Designer at Los Angeles Center Studios, one of the biggest sound stages in Califormia. His engineering credits include DJ Rap, DJ Irene, TIESTO, The Crystal Method and The Pharcyde.
Mood Deluxe can be found playing gigs worldwide and has shared the lineup with such artists as Pendulum, Eat Static, Hallucinogen, Deviant Species, Scorb, Dick Trevor, Tristan, Pogo and Avalon to name a few.
