Mood Deluxe has been crafting his unique style of Full On Trance and Rollin PsyBreaks for a decade. As one of the pioneers of what has become known as
PsyBreaks, his debut album The Tangent Universe defined the genre and his Live sets over the past 3 years have pushed the genreclash to its peak. The
past year or so has seen him focusing on Psy Trance both in the studio and live, playing his energetic trademark style of powerfull and intelligent,
full on choppers, making way for his 2nd album, which will focus more on trance than previously.
The Satanic Radio EP, released this year, is a dedicated Full On PsyBreaks EP, representing the Mood Deluxe PsyBreaks sound over 5 tracks of 145bpm+ breakbeats and
rolling psychedelic basslines. Fresh, totally unique and right on the bleeding edge of psychedelic dance music. With comparisons to The Prodigy, Pendulum, The Crystal
Method and Simon Posford, Mood Deluxe has managed capture a sound that dancefloors have been craving for years.
Cameron Leonard-Schroff (aka NSE, Blind Roller) is the producer behind the project. He resides in Brighton and spent 5 years studying and teachnig Sound Engineering
in Califormia, where he ran the sound design department at ICLA . At college he studied Advanced Synthesis under Alessandro Cortini, the Synth and Keyboard player
for Nine Inch Nails and later on studied engineering under Teddy Riley, who produced Michael Jackson's Dangerous album.
PR: Where people look back to Hallucinogen's Twisted as the start of psychedelic trance, or to Shpongle as the start of psy-chill, one day they may just look back to this as the start of whatever the hell Mood Deluxe has just invented. Psy Reviews
Other notable producers he has worked with include Kernny Kerner, producer of KISS and Gladys Knight, and David Valencia, the man behind the Quake and James Bond
video games. His sound design has appeared on TV commercials for Nike and documentaries on The Discovery Channel.
He also worked as Chief Mastering Engineer and also as a Senior Sound Designer at Los Angeles Center Studios, one of the biggest sound stages in Califormia. His engineering credits include DJ Rap, DJ Irene, TIESTO, The Crystal Method and The Pharcyde.
Mood Deluxe can be found playing gigs worldwide and has shared the lineup with such artists as Pendulum, Eat Static, Hallucinogen, Deviant Species, Scorb, Dick Trevor, Tristan, Pogo and Avalon to name a few.
